Refund & Return Policy

Overview

All artwork sold on this website is produced to order. Due to the nature of printed artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


No Returns on Printed Artwork

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on printed artwork, including but not limited to:

  • Art prints
  • Canvas prints
  • Framed artwork
  • Custom-sized or made-to-order prints

Once an order has been printed, it cannot be resold or reused, and therefore returns are not possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging it arrived in
  • Include your order number in all correspondence

Once verified, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion if a replacement is not possible

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong artwork due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.


Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes
  • Minor variations are not considered defects

We cannot offer refunds or returns based on colour differences or personal preference.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before printing has begun.

Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
